One of Nigeria’s legendary rappers, RuggedMan, will be performing live next Friday. And this time, it will not be Lagos or Abuja, or any regular place, but in Osogbo, the capital and largest city in Osun State.

The event is holding on the 24th of August, 2018. And apart from RuggedMan, the show will also have a special appearance from popular actor-comedian Babatunde Omidina, or Baba Suwe.

Furthermore, tickets are on sale already, and interested attendees can get it at Checkers SuperMarket, Oke-Fia, Ace Supermarket and Holly B Photo Studio. Regular is just N1, 000, V.I.P goes for N5, 000, V.V.I.P and Table For 6 is set at N10, 000 each.

Tagged “City Invasion (A Break From The Norm)”, it will hold at Aurora Events Centre, Osogbo at 3PM. HoneyTongue will be the MC for the event, and there are DJ Niffty and DJ YK on the wheels.

RuggedMan is not your regular rapper, he is one of the prominent rappers  from the early 2000s. He is as a game-changer, in the hip-hop community. Moreover his hit track “Ehen” that criticized the whack rappers, actually revolutionized the rap game.

In recent times, he’s been more involved in socio political issues though. However, he still runs his Twentieth Sept Wears clothing line, a line he established in 2005. A show with him on, is just about one of the most classic moments you’ll find these days.

In other news, since AG President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo announced the overhaul of the dreaded Special Anti-Robbery Squad; RuggedMan and other rappers are celebrating the victory, alongside Segalink. It means, all our rappers can now find some other things to rap about. Who’s not happy?
